Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

All purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. To request a refund:

• Or email us at support@brightlight.rocks with your order number and we will assist you

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed after approval.
